Corrections Policy

How we handle errors once an article is published.

Last updated

We work to publish accurate information, and we take errors seriously when they occur. Readers are an important part of that process.

Reporting a possible error

If you believe an article contains a factual error, you can tell us. Please include the article’s title, the specific point at issue and, where possible, a source. Write to contact@seniorconsumerbenefit.com.

How we review it

Reported issues are reviewed against the available evidence. If we confirm a material error, we correct it. If a claim turns out to be accurate, we may explain that as well.

How corrections appear

Material corrections are made transparently. Where appropriate, an article may carry a correction or update note describing what changed and when, so the record is clear rather than quietly rewritten.

We review every report we receive but do not promise a specific response time.
